Abstract

Research analysis of the application of Positive Discipline On primary school teachers in Remote suburbs and Slide based to its teachers in teaching that still uses physical punishment and emotional. Methods of qualitative research used data collection using the techniques of observation, interview and documentation. The technique of the validity of the data by using the techniques of observation, discussion, and triangular friend colleague, while data analysis techniques are qualitative and descriptive domain. Peneltian results and conclusion form the application of positive discipline in the form of mutual respect dignity dignity, pembangan behavior, discipline and self-control, friendly character, child participation actively, Respect the development and quality of life of the child, Respect motivation, the child's view of life, apply honesty, setaraan, non-discrimination, solidarity, and justice. Pendudung factor, mentoring, openness. Factor inhibitor, behavior, habits, chronically same punishment with affection.
