Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze human rights violations in Indonesian which is also the purpose of researchers to analyze which human rights and obligation are not compatible with Pancasila from the perspective of Pancasila. Many human rights-related cases often conflict with law or Pancasila, society and official. Ignore this because, according to them, money beats everything. Not only that, there are many people there who lose their rights as Indonesian citizens. The author observation are through observation diaries and formally compiled books.
