Analisis Variabel Yang Berpengaruh Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT Financial Multi Finance Makassar
Abstract
This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of training, compensation, work environment and work experience variables on employee performance at PT Finance Multi Finance Makassar, and aims to determine and analyze variables that have a dominant influence on employee performance at PT Finance Multi Finance Makassar.
The type of research used is descriptive quantitative, namely the author describes the results of observations and analyzes the data obtained in the field. The analysis used is regression analysis, in this case the regression used is multiple regression analysis. This analysis is used to look at the factors that influence employee performance. The writing of this thesis was completed in July 2023
After analyzing and discussing the problem, the author reached a conclusion showing that the variables training, compensation, work environment and work experience together have a significant influence on employee performance and have a very strong influence on employee performance. Partially, the variables training, compensation, work environment and work experience have a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT employees. Finansial Multi Finance Makassar. The training variable partially has a dominant effect on employee performance at PT. Finansial Multi Finance Makassar. This means that in order to achieve more effective employee performance based on the goals and expectations of the organization, employees must be given good training and education in order to improve their abilities and technical skills based on the main functions and duties of an employee.
