Religiusitas dan Kesejahteraan Psikologis Dimediasi Oleh Kebahagiaan Siswa

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara religiusitas, kebahagiaan dan kesejahteraan psikologis, serta peran kebahagiaan dalam memediasi hubungan antara religiusitas dengan kesejahteraan psikologis siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif korelasional dengan subjek penelitian sebanyak 235 siswa rentang usia 15-18 tahun dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga instrumen yaitu Psychological Well Being Scale (PWBS), The Centrality of Religiosity Scale (CRS)  dan Oxford Happiness Questionaire (OHQ). Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik Mediated Multiple Regression (MMR) dengan bantuan aplikasi IBM SPSS versi 20.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan  antara religiusitas, kebahagiaan dan kesejahteraan psikologis. Selain itu hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa kebahagiaan memediasi hubungan antara religiusitas dan kesejahteraan psikologis.
