Turnover Intention dan Kepuasan Kerja: Locus of Control Internal sebagai Variabel Moderator

Abstract

Turnover intention merupakan suatu kecenderungan untuk meninggalkan pekerjaan atau organisasi. Kepuasan kerja diduga mampu menurunkan turnover intention. Locus od control internal berhubungan dengan kepuasan kerja dan turnover intention. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji locus of control internal sebagai moderator pada hubungan kepuasan kerja dengan turnover intention. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner Turnover Intention, Kepuasan Kerja, dan Locus of Control Internal, dengan teknik purposive sampling. Subjek penelitian ini sebanyak 161 karyawan yang bekerja di kementerian dan kewirausahaan. Analisis data menggunakan Moderated Regression Analisys (MRA). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa locus of control internal tidak dapat menurunkan pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention.
