Performa Kerja dan Turnover Intention di Moderasi Threat Appraisal
Abstract
Turnover intention merupakan suatu permasalahan didalam organisasi yang banyak menimbulkan suatu kerugian. Performa kerja diduga mampu untuk menurunkan turnover intention pada karyawan. Serata adanya threat appraisal yang diduga menjadi variabel yang dapat menentukan hubungan diantara performa kerja dan turnover intention. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji threat appraisal sebagai moderator hubungan antara performa kerja dengan turnover intention. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode mederasional analisis. Subjek yang digunakan berprofesi sebagai karyawan dan PNS dengan jumlah subjek sebanyak 253 subjek. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini melalui online dan bertemu langsung dengan subjek. Pengukuran yang dilakukan menggunakan Turnover Intention Scale 14 (TIS 14), Job Performance Scale (JPC), dan Threat Appraisal Scale (TAS). Analisa data menggunakan metode moderated regression analysis (MRA). Hasil penelitian yang didapat menunjukan bahwa threat appraisal dapat meningkatkan hubungan antara performa kerja dengan turnover intention.
