AKTIVITAS LARUTAN Piper aduncum L. SEBAGAI PERTUMBUHAN Candidasis genitalis.
Abstract
Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui aktivitas larutan daun sirih hutan (Piper aduncum L.) terhadap pertumbuhan jamur. dan jumlah jamur Candidasis genitalis yang mati pada setiap kosentrasi 20%, 30% dan 40%. Metode penelitian eksperimen. Instrument yang digunakan yakni dokumentasi, dan mikroskop. Hasil data dihitung menggunakan perhitungan presentase. Hasil penelitian diperoleh yakni sampel flour albus yang disebabkan oleh jamur Candidasis genitalis dapat dihambat dengan larutan daun sirih hutan pada waktu yang ke-3 menit. Hasil perhitungan persentase (%) menunjukkan sampel Flour albus yang ditetesi ekstrak larutan Piper aduncum L. dengan kosentrasi 20%, 30%, dan 40% pada perbedaan waktu menit ke-3 sampai menit ke-5 masing-masing diperoleh perubahan = 40%, 60% dan 70%. Larutan daun sirih hutan mempunyai daya hambatan terhadap Candida albicans.
