Author Guideline

AUTHOR GUIDELINE

  1. Interaction:Jurnal Pendidikan Bahasa accepts research articles on English language teaching and linguistics which have not been published elsewhere.
  2. To be considered for publication, manuscripts should be typed in MS Word doc. format, using 12 size Times New Roman fonts, single-spaced, consisting of 2000-6000 words in length sent by email to interactionjournal@gmail.com or journal online submission in https://unimuda.e-journal.id/jurnalinteraction/index.
  3. The manuscript should be written in English and can be using American or British style.
  4. The research article should contain: (a) title; (b) full name of contributor(s) without title(s); email address; affiliation; abstract (max 200 words); (d) key words; (e) introduction, (f) literature review, (g) method; (h) result and discussion; (i) conclusions and suggestions; (j) references.
  5. The Title shouldn’t be written more than 12 words, using 12 Times New Roman, centered written, bold and Capital Each Word.
  6. Author and Affiliation. The authors’ name should be written without title. Under the author name, put the email address, and affiliation. If all the authors from the same affiliation, just write it once below the name of all authors.
  7. The abstract should contain a brief explanation about research problem, the purpose of the research, methodology and the finding of the study or research. The maximum word on it is only 200 words.
  8.  Introduction. The content of this part at least explain about the research problem, the previous related studies, the novelty of the research, and the purpose of the research. All of them should be explained in paragraph without writing the subheading.
  9. Literature review consist of the previous related study and review theory of the variable discussed.
  10. Method consist of research design, sample, instrument, procedure of collecting data, and technique of data analysis.
  11. Result explains the finding of the research.
  12. Discussion explains about the result of the research and discussed deeply. It should be contain the impact of the result and the relationship between the result and the previous related studies. So, from the discussion the reader can know the novelty of the research.
  13. Conclusion answer the purpose of the research. It must be written in paragraph and not using bullet or numbering.
  14. References must contain at least 80% primary references. The reference must have variation, such as 30% from book, 40% of journal, and 20% from publish thesis. All the sources used in the article should be written in the references. The writing style of references follow APA writing style. The references writing follow the rule below:
